The Mount Saint Helens and Mount Adams ranger districts are home to some classic Northwest singletrack, easily within reach of the nearby Vancouver and Portland metro areas.

These two ranger districts offer a wide range of terrain, from the moderate Falls Cr Tr152 valley terrain, to the ridgeline ascents such as Quartz Cr Tr5.

As always, it is best to call the local Ranger District for trail conditions and other restrictions prior to riding, as the NF website may not contain trip-specific details.
