Mt Hood NF: Clackamas Ranger District

#mthood

Most of the Clackamas RD is designated wilderness area, off-limits to biking. The few trails listed are only worth checking out if in the area.

The southern Olallie Lake Scenic Area offers great camping opportunities.

2020 Riverside, Lionshead Fires: Most of the Clackamas RD was damaged by the fires. See the Mount Hood NF Site for closures.

As always, it is best to call the local Ranger District for trail conditions and other restrictions prior to riding, as the NF website may not contain trip-specific details.
